British Foreign Secretary William Hague has described a possibility of a new cold war in the Middle East due to the Iranian nuclear programme. United Nations Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon suggests negotiating with Iran by asking it to disprove the allegations of developing nuclear weapons."If [the Iranians] obtain nuclear weapons capability, then I think other nations across the Middle East will want to develop nuclear weapons," Hague said. "The most serious round of nuclear proliferation since nuclear weapons were invented would have begun." A radio station has issued a formal apology after listeners complained of hearing 'gay sex noises' live on air.Jazz FM's pre-recorded Funcky Sensation show was interrupted for around 5 minutes due to 'unauthorised access to the live feed'."Please accept our profound and sincere apologies for any offense that may have been caused"Stunned listeners during the show went onto twitter to express their opinions.Iwan Williams sent the following tweet: "The **** just happened on jazz fm?! A BBC weatherman has told of his shame after he accidentally said the c-word on live national television.Alex Deakin, who is 37 years of age was predicting "bucket loads of sunshine" but instead said "bucket loads of c***" before correcting himself.Clips of his slip up on The BBC News have been quick to turn viral and be spread around YouTube and other various media sharing sites.Deakin went on to tweet: "I think the less said the better about that last broadcast #P45."James Naughtie and Andrew Marr have both been said to have made similar slip ups in 2010.

The UK government has expanded its plans to store and monitor Twitter, Facebook and many other personal web communication data, and according to an ISP body they are being cut out of the loop and kept in the dark completely.
Under the proposed plans the UK police and intelligence operatives will gain access of records of who has talked to who on social networks, instant messaging services and even online gaming. The monitoring and storage and expected to be overseen and managed by the ISP's but currently the government has not shared any of its plans or steps with them according to the ISPA.
It is important that proposals to update government's capabilities to intercept and retain communications data in the new communications...
